We hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most of our items within 7 days from receipt of product.
Customer is responsible for retaining original packaging, must be in perfect condition and sealed.
H&S Collection reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do occur. In the event that your custom orders arrives with any sort of damage or defect, we’ll make it right. We ask that you fully inspect your item at the time of delivery and note any imperfections at that time of receipt, so that it can be recorded in your delivery documents.
If you refuse your item delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, the item will be brought back to our warehouse, they will come and pick up your item. We will then review and evaluate the condition of the piece, so that we can determine how to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
